Oh, I just loooove room service! As my husband makes plans to travel to New York this November with his brothers, I realize how jealous I am.  New York is one of my favorite cities, and it always reminds me of my favorite children's book, Eloise.  If I were seven again, I would stay at the Plaza's Eloise Suite, designed by Betsy Johnson.  It's rawther lovely!

Tutu fabulous!  Check out Robert Sandla's article, Bedecked, Bedazzled & Bejeweled: Costume Ornamentation at New York City Ballet ".  It describes in careful detail the construction, maintenance, and love that go into prima ballerinas' costumes at New York City Ballet.  Make sure to scroll through the online exhibition, which includes vintage costumes- many of which were designed by Madame Karinska herself.

La Frange Française.  Love 'em, hate 'em, grow 'em, cut 'em.  Bangs and I are the definition of a love-hate relationship.  However, they do frame the face beautifully, emphasize the eyes, and have the power to make any haircut look chic.  French women wear them particularly well.  Take inspiration from Brigitte Bardot and Catherine Deneuve above.

My, what big chandeliers you have!  I loooovvee chandeliers.  I think it is a sickness that I inherited from my mother.  She currently has a chandelier in almost every room of her house, including her closet.
Think pink!  “I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles.”-Audrey Hepburn
